"Develop emotional regulation, mental clarity, and lasting peace through evidence-informed Inner mindfulnes practice— grounded in neuroscience, proven through practice."
About Meditateology
Meditateology is an integrated mental wellness organization created to meet people where they are—whether they are seeking licensed clinical mental health care or holistic support for personal growth and emotional awareness.
Founded by Eric Hampton and Pamela Hampton, Meditateology was built on the understanding that mental well-being is not one-dimensional. Some individuals require structured, evidence-based clinical treatment. Others are seeking tools for self-regulation, clarity, and personal development. Both paths are valid—and both deserve integrity, professionalism, and ethical clarity.
Rather than blending these approaches in a way that creates confusion or risk, Meditateology was intentionally designed as a dual-track ecosystem.

Our Model: Clear, Ethical, Integrated
Meditateology operates through two distinct but complementary service pathways:

Holistic Services

Our holistic offerings focus on meditation, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and personal development. These services are educational and experiential in nature and are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment.
This separation protects clients, practitioners, and the integrity of care—while still allowing individuals to access meaningful support across the full spectrum of mental wellness.
Clinical
Our clinical services are delivered by licensed and credentialed mental health professionals and are grounded in evidence-based practices. These services adhere to all applicable regulatory, ethical, and professional standards and are designed to support individuals experiencing diagnosable mental health conditions or requiring clinical care.

Our Philosphy
