Who we are....
Meditateology LLC offers licensed, evidence-based mental health services designed to support individuals with clinically appropriate care.
Our clinical services operate independently from our holistic wellness offerings and adhere strictly to state regulations, payer requirements, and professional standards.

Our Clinical Approach
We practice integrative psychotherapy, drawing from established therapeutic modalities proven effective through decades of research. Our clinicians are trained in multiple evidence-based approaches, allowing us to tailor treatment to your specific needs rather than applying one-size-fits-all protocols.
Core Therapeutic Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
The gold standard for treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and many other conditions. CBT helps you identify thought patterns that contribute to distress and develop practical skills for changing both thinking and behavior.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Originally developed for borderline personality disorder, DBT is highly effective for emotion dysregulation, self-harm behaviors, relationship difficulties, and intense emotional experiences. We teach skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
A mindfulness-based behavioral therapy that helps you develop psychological flexibility—the ability to be present, open up to difficult experiences, and take action guided by your values even in the presence of discomfort.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
For deeper exploration of recurring patterns, early attachment experiences, and unconscious processes that shape current relationships and life choices. This approach is particularly effective for long-standing patterns and relational difficulties.
Trauma-Focused Therapies
Including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and complex trauma. Our clinicians are specially trained in trauma-informed care.
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
For addressing ambivalence about change, substance use concerns, and building intrinsic motivation for behavioral health goals.
Family Systems & Couples Therapy
Using Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and structural family therapy approaches to address relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and systemic issues.
