"In 2012, Eric and Pamela Hampton began their meditation journeys for different reasons. Eric sought enhanced focus and follow-through in business, while Pamela aimed to manage the stress of her role as a Property Manager in the multifamily real estate sector.
Over time, their consistent practice led to measurable shifts: improved emotional regulation, greater clarity, and a deeper sense of peace. Friends, family, and colleagues noticed.What they discovered: consistency matters more than technique.
